Cove was hired to construct a 3-season porch enclosure at a home in Socastee, SC. This structure orginally consisted of an 11x14 patio with a roof. Knee walls were framed and Pella Encompass vinyl sliding windows and doors were installed. The room was finished in white soffit panels and break metal.

This former patio was transformed into a bright and welcoming room that protects the home owner from bugs and blazing summer sun, giving them an extended living area well into the cooler months of the year.
